Berceuses
Récital de mélodies et de songs
Around the theme of the lullaby, the program brings together mélodies by French women composers – sisters Nadia Boulanger (1887-1979) and Lili Boulanger (1893-1918) with songs by English composer Liza Lehmann (1862-1918). It is now high time to count these three creators among the great mélodistes who marked the beginning of the 20th century.
Lucile Richardot, mezzo-soprano with an exceptional timbre and Anne de Fornel, Franco-American pianist and musicologist, will make you discover this remarkable repertoire.
Music by Nadia Boulanger, Lili Boulanger et Liza Lehmann.
With Lucile Richardot (mezzo-soprano) and Anne de Fornel (piano).
