You will learn how to prepare your own jars of lacto-fermented vegetables using seasonal organic produce, following a practical demonstration guided by the instructor.The session will also give you the chance to taste a selection of lacto-fermented vegetables, allowing you to exchange ideas on how to incorporate them into your daily meals. Finally, you will leave with informative flyers and recipe ideas to help you use fermented vegetables in your cooking, enriching your meals with healthy and creative flavors.
