Architecture, sticks, rubber bands - a participatory installation by Aurélien Débat

We invite you to participate in this great collective adventure imagined by Aurélien Debat: multicolored sticks and small rubber bands invite you to be and create together around the theme of architecture. The game is simple: build structures - bridges, huts, chairs, flying saucers... Your construction joins or complements those already in place and serves as the basis for those to come. It's your turn to play! There is no limit to your imagination and creativity.

This workshop is part of the two themes running through this year's artistic residencies at the Bridderhaus: Playtime and Vernacular Spectacular. The first theme looks at the influence that an artist's project can have on a city's architecture and urbanity through play, while the second explores the particularities of a city and its architecture.

The children will be able to present their creations to their families on the festive OpenHaus day on 16 June.

From 8 :30 am – from monday to friday

Duration: approx. 90 minutes

Languages: LU, FR, DE, EN

Public: Primary School C2-C4 (6-12 years)

The workshop is led by the Bridderhaus teaching team.
